Examining nutritional content of foods
Eating balanced meals and correct food combinations
Cooking demonstrations
Menu plans
Foods that restore your good health
(reduce inflammation, decrease blood sugar, decrease blood pressure)
Black to Health Wellness Coaches will also visit your actual kitchen and assist you with removing unhealthy food and replacing it with food that will nourish your body.
